It has been a while...but I am still here

I have been here...just stalking you all and not participating. For some reason, I have had no desire to post, I guess it is because I am on a hiatus from training...so I am living through all of you, just reading about your journeys. I have still been exercising and running a little bit, but my new goal before starting training again is to tone it up, mix it up, and still run a little bit! I have been running on the treadmill for 2 to 3 miles before my workout DVD's. I have mostly been using the FREE Exercise TV. Mostly Jillian Michaels DVD's. They are all great 25 minute toning workouts that work head to toe and really get your heart rate up. I am dripping with swear after! I am missing my long runs :(....wait, did I just say that! OMG!!!! But it is true, I miss having those 2 hours all to myself and accomplishing something more every week. Is that weird? Hmmm.... well, that is all that is on my mind lately about that. Oh, I have yet to register for my last half marathon to earn my triple crown award, mostly because we can't afford it right now, but I NEED to register soon, otherwise I am scared it will be sold out!
The only other 2 things that I have been up to lately are 1) getting sucked into Lost (we just started the 1st season last Monday, and are already through half of Season 2!) and 2) Redecorating my daughters room for her birthday. She will be turning 5 at the end of the month and for her present she wanted a "zebra" room. So we have painted all walls but one pink, and 1 wall and her closet door are zebra strips....it looks really really cool! We also got her a new bed, she has been begging us for a bunk bed and lucky her, our friends were selling theirs and a garage sale last week for 25 bucks! SCORE! I will post pics as soon as we are all finished!
